We're Homeowners!

In case anyone was wondering where I've been, today we closed on our first house! We're going to be broke until 2036!!!! Tomorrow, we start the repairs...nothing major, mostly indoor cosmetic stuff...but all I have to say is THANK GOODNESS FOR CENTRAL AIR! It's HOT!!!
